I am a commercial leader in the fashion industry, with digital sales mastery, I help companies drive revenue. I excel at unlocking profitable growth opportunities, crafting data-informed, actionable and measurable plans to deliver on objectives, and inspiring teams to execute.

Over the past 15+ years, as a multichannel Business President, Head of eCommerce and Digital Commercial Lead, I steered the accelerated growth of the digital channel for two fashion brands in the contemporary and luxury markets, fueling revenue of up to 2.5X. Through these experiences, I’ve developed strong command of cutting-edge technologies and digital marketing strategies that activate sales—driving customer acquisition, engagement and retention. I have a deep understanding of product and brand and know how to create an emotional connection to a brand.

I transitioned from a successful tenure as a fashion executive to becoming a consultant and advisor specializing in nurturing early and mid-stage fashion and accessories brands. With a passion for empowering visionary founders and executive leaders, I bring a wealth of experience, industry insight, and a proven track record of cultivating emerging fashion enterprises.

We will have twelve 1:1 sessions focused on collection development, sampling, production, brand development, market research, business planning and marketing. You will use my framework and strategy to give you the confidence to successfully launch your brand.
